Back to Square One Already!
My first weigh in was great..i was 66.3kg..and i was happy with that..i was feeling great..slimmer and my meticulous point counting had paid off...However, this sat was slightly different..i felt i had done well, walked 3 times and been to the gym 3 times...and i was down .1...hardly worth it...so i haven't even bothered adjusting my ticker....i did go to wagamamas the night before weigh in which i probably shouldn't have...its just it had been a long week and longer friday....
Sooo..i hopped on the ww site and came across a posting about cutting down carbs...so i am going to try that as well as walk the hard hilly way in the mornings...i have avoided walking the hilly route because its too hard...but no more!My ticker needs to be moved next week....

Hi Bondibabe. After reading your comments on AGR's site for months it is great to finally 'meet' you on your own blog. It looks great too. The HTML stuff is funny to learn but I found heaps of people were more than happy to send scripts and hints when emailed. That's how I learned and got lots of stuff on my side bar.
Well done on your successive losses, even though the last one was small. It is still a loss and with the additional exercise you have been doing it may just be your body adjusting to it.
Good luck this week with the hilly walks :D
